In plumbing, the customer making the call has a leaking pipe and a 5-minute attention span. If you're not in the top three results on Google when they search, you don't exist. Onyx needed to own that real estate.
Our approach
How we made it happen
Foundation first. We rebuilt the website around speed, click-to-call, and dedicated service-area pages for every town they covered. Then we went to work on the Google Business Profile. service categories, professional photos, full service descriptions, and a review request system tied to every completed job.
On the SEO side, we targeted emergency-intent keywords like "emergency plumber near me," "water heater repair [city]," and dozens of localized variants. Within weeks they were climbing the map pack on the back of organic alone.
Once the organic foundation was producing, we turned on Google Ads and Local Services Ads to dominate the paid real estate too. so whether someone searched, scrolled the map, or tapped the LSA pack, Onyx was the first name they saw. Meta retargeting closed the loop on the people who didn't convert immediately.
