Budget HVAC
What we were up against
Budget HVAC was already a real operation doing $75K a month, but growth had flattened. Lead flow was seasonal, the ad account was bloated with broad keywords burning budget on renters and price shoppers, and nobody could tell which campaigns actually produced installs versus service calls.
HVAC is one of the most expensive local categories to advertise in. Clicks are pricey, competitors bid aggressively, and a single wasted week of spend in peak season is money you never get back.
How we made it happen
We rebuilt the Google account from the ground up around high-intent service and install queries, with tight geo targeting, call-only campaigns during dispatch hours, and negative keyword lists that cut out the junk traffic draining the budget.
On Meta, we ran offer-driven campaigns for system replacements and maintenance plans, using real job-site creative instead of stock imagery. Retargeting picked up every quote request that did not close on the first touch.
Then we instrumented everything. Call tracking, form tracking, and conversion values by service type, so budget moved weekly toward the campaigns producing installs, not just phone noise.
The numbers speak for themselves
Budget HVAC now does in a week what used to take a month. The paid engine runs on tight targeting, real creative, and weekly budget reallocation toward the campaigns that produce installs.
