How a Local Roofer Brought In 700+ Leads in One Month

Homeowners deserve a roofer who will still be here after the storm. Here is how we helped Keith Walther Roofing become the local name people found, with more than 700 leads in October.

Keith Walther of Keith Walther Roofing

When a storm rolls through the Gulf Coast, homeowners have a hard decision to make, and they often have to make it fast. Who do you trust with your roof?

Some of the companies knocking on doors will be gone by the time a problem shows up. The roofers who live here will still be here. Our job is to make sure the good local business is the one people find.

Here is what that looked like for Keith Walther Roofing, a 30-year family roofing company in Pace, Florida. From October 1 to 30, 2026, they brought in more than 700 leads.

    The Numbers

    • 321 leads from Meta ads on Facebook and Instagram
    • 124 leads from Google Ads
    • 264 calls from their Google Business Profile

That is 709 in total. A lead is someone raising their hand, not a signed job, and turning those leads into work is still up to the team answering the phone. But the first job of marketing is getting the right business in front of the right people.

For comparison, their Google Business Profile brought in 23 calls in September.

    1. We Shot the Ads Before They Were Needed

You cannot film a good ad in the middle of a busy week. So we shot Meta ads with Keith ahead of time.

The message was simple. Keith talked straight to homeowners and told them to use a local company they can trust, not a storm chaser. Nobody needed a slogan to understand it. They saw the person who would actually be responsible for their roof.

Because the ads were already made, they were ready to run when homeowners needed them.

    2. We Showed Up When People Searched

An ad on Facebook reaches people who are not searching yet. Others are already on Google, looking for a roofer right now.

For those homeowners, we ran Google Ads, which appear near the top of the page when someone searches for that service in their area. They connect people directly with the business by phone or message.

Someone searching for a roofer often wants to talk to one right away. We made sure Keith's company was one of the first they could call.

    3. We Built Out the Google Business Profile

Most homeowners look a company up before they call. They check the reviews, the photos, and whether the business looks real.

We built out Keith Walther Roofing's Google Business Profile so homeowners could see who they were dealing with and call in one tap. The company's 4.9-star rating across 138 reviews did the rest. That reputation took 30 years of good work to earn, and no marketing agency can fake it.

In October, that profile alone produced 264 calls.

Why This Matters Beyond One Roofer

We like big numbers, but they are not really the point.

When something goes wrong at home, people want a reliable answer. They want a business that does quality work, stands behind it, and answers the phone next year too. Those companies already exist in every community on the Gulf Coast. Many of them are just hard to find, because they have spent their time doing the work instead of promoting it.

That is what Blue Heron is here to fix. We help communities find reliable, trusted, quality businesses, and we help those businesses show up when people need them.

If This Sounds Like Your Business

If you do great work but the wrong companies keep showing up first, see how we approached it for Keith, then talk to our team. We will tell you what we would do for your business, starting with what you already have.
